support site development roadway, drainage &
utility infrastructure improvements to serve a
14,000 s.f. commercial development. The building
was designed by Beacon Architecture. This
application involved taking the plan from
concept through construction with permit
assistance through local, state and federal
agencies. Environmental Professionals also
assisted with environmental permitting.

Bissell Professional Group partnered with Beacon
Architecture in the planning of the resurrection
of the defunct Herrons Restaurant for
conversion into the Aqua S Restaurant and Aqua
Essence Day Spa. Planning and design included
overcoming various building related,
environmental, parking and numerous other
permitting issues. A portion of the design
incorporated pedestrian connectivity between the
proposed facilities and the Town of Duck
soundfront boardwalk.

the site and construction administration of a
10.5-acre shopping center based on customer,
State, and local requirements. Subsequent to the
initial retail outlet construction, BPG was
engaged to assist in the expansion of
approximately 30,000 square feet of retail space
and renovation of the original space.
